In order to study the agriculture of the late La Tène in the present day region of Hauts-de-France, a review of archaeozoological and carpological data was established. Despite the need for the revision of the archaeological corpus, it was possible to highlight diverse practices on different sites. Agricultural production was dominated by two cereal species: emmer wheat and hulled barley, and for fauna by the domestic triad: cattle, goats and pigs. Some particular sites have allowed us to address the processing and storage of plant foods, but also practices such as collective meat consumption and remarkable deposits of fauna or cereals.
