Excavated in1974, the collective tomb of Cuiry-lès-Chaudardes (Aisne, France), on the locality of « Champ-Tortu », has been recently studied. Field indications (archeological and anthropological) have pointed out that there was an architecture made of perishable material. inside this structure, corpses have been laid with care, as death occured. It is not possible to propose a datation as we have no archeological material.
