This paper presents an analysis of the composition of funerary deposits in the Paris district during La Tène B2 and La Tène C1.Based on a particularly rich body of statistics, it highlights some close correlations between the grave goods and the main social characteristics of the subject, such as gender, age group and finally, social position. These parameters appear sufficient to explain most of the variability observed in the burial combinations.
